Tangshan Shengtong Forging Co., Ltd., established in 1986, boasts 40 years of forging and processing experience. With two core production facilities covering a total area of 56, 000 square meters, the company employs a forging team of over 100 people. Our company mainly produces forged round bars, shafts, and other customized forgings. The main forgeable materials include alloy steel forgings and carbon steel forgings. At the same time, we can also accept customized production according to different needs of various countries, meeting different standards around the world. To meet the needs of every customer and keep pace with the evolving market, the company adheres to the principle of striving for excellence in quality and continuous breakthroughs in product production, continuously introducing and upgrading production equipment. Currently, the company possesses one 4000T fast forging press, three 2000T hydraulic presses, one 2000T press straightening line, one 3T electro-hydraulic hammer, eight gas heating furnaces, one normalizing furnace, two annealing furnaces, over ten sawing machines, multiple vertical and horizontal lathes, and other supporting machining equipment, as well as several quality inspection devices. These have created a comprehensive, full-cycle, efficient, standardized, and professional automatic production line with an annual design processing capacity exceeding 140, 000 tons.
